The process of acid galvanizing consists of the following steps.

Author: Robby

1.Inspection of parts to be galvanized: The metal or other material to be galvanized is first inspected to ensure that it meets the requirements for galvanizing.
2.Chemical Degreasing: Oil is removed from the surface of the workpiece by chemical methods to ensure the quality of galvanizing.
3.Sodium Hydroxide Neutralization: The surface is treated with sodium hydroxide to neutralize the acids on the surface of the parts to be galvanized.
4.Running water washing: The parts to be galvanized are washed by running water to remove the residues generated during the neutralization process.
5.Hydrochloric acid activation: Treatment of the parts to be plated with hydrochloric acid to increase the surface activity for better galvanization.
6.Acid Galvanizing: Plating the surface of metal or other materials with a layer of metallic zinc in an energized state to increase the corrosion resistance and decorative properties of the material.
7.Trivalent Chromium Passivation: Treatment of a galvanized surface to improve its corrosion resistance and aesthetics.
8.Running Water Wash: Washing the galvanized parts to be plated after galvanizing, again using running water, to remove residues produced during the passivation process.
9.Hot Air Blowing and Oven Drying: The parts to be galvanized are dried using hot air and an oven to ensure their quality and stability.
10.Inspection and Packaging: Final inspection of the treated parts to be galvanized and packaged for shipment.
This series of steps ensures the high quality and reliability of the acid galvanizing process, as well as improving the corrosion resistance and aesthetics of the material.
