Hot-selling Product --- DSM Screen for Corn Starch Processing is the key part of the Pressure Arc Sieve. It is an ideal separation arc screen for wet material. The operating pressure must be controlled between 0.2 ~ 0.4MPa. The pressure is high, the screening efficiency is high, and the production capacity is large. The pressure is low, the screening efficiency is low, and the production capacity
Pressure Arc Sieve is a kind of high-efficiency sieve that relies on pressure to sieve wet material.
The bending screen/DSM Screen is the key part of the Pressure Arc Sieve, which is welded by stainless steel wedge wire. When operating, the wet material is sprayed from the nozzle mouth under 0.2-0.4Mpa pressure. The high feeding jet speed produces tangential force. The wedge surface wire is poured and has a certain angle to form a knife edge in order to wipe the material into a layer of the book, so that the water and fine materials are evenly dispersed, easy to classify, and the entire screen surface is essential for self-cleaning. The material on the screen is discharged from the slag outlet, and the material under the screen enters the pulp outlet.

Process Conditions and Factors Affecting the Sieving Effect:
The operating pressure must be controlled between 0.2 ~ 0.4MPa. The pressure is high, the screening efficiency is high, and the production capacity is large. The pressure is low, the screening efficiency is low, and the production capacity is low. The feed dry matter content is about 17% when sifting fine slag sieve to separate starch milk. 10-11BX, the SO2 content in the slurry should be between 0.035 and 0.045%.
