With the gradual promotion and industrialization of electric vehicles and the increasing development of electric vehicle technology, the technical requirements of electric vehicles for charging piles reflect a consistent trend, and it is necessary to achieve "scenization, sharing, networking and intelligence".

 

At present, in order to shorten the charging time, the industry has begun to study the layout of the passenger car charging voltage upgrade from 500V step to 800V step, and the single gun charging power support increases from 120kW to 350kW and above high-power DC charging technology. This also means that the time for a fully electric passenger car to be fully charged can be reduced from about 1 hour to 10-15 minutes.
Under the market background of multiple types of batteries and multiple voltage levels, charging devices used in public places must have the ability to adapt to multiple types of battery systems and various voltage levels, that is, the charging system needs to have a wide range of charging and a charging control algorithm for multiple types of batteries. It can match the charging characteristics with different battery systems on various electric vehicles, and can charge different batteries.
One of the most critical issues restricting the development and popularization of electric vehicles is the performance and application level of energy storage batteries. The goal of optimizing the intelligent battery charging method is to achieve non-destructive battery charging, monitor the discharge state of the battery, and avoid overdischarge, so as to extend the service life of the battery and save energy.
High efficiency of electrical energy conversion
The energy consumption index of electric vehicles is closely related to its operating energy cost. Reducing the energy consumption of electric vehicles and improving their economy is one of the key factors to promote the industrialization of electric vehicles. For charging stations, from the perspective of energy conversion efficiency and construction cost, the charging device with high energy conversion efficiency and low construction cost should be preferred.
In line with the requirements of subsystem miniaturization and multi-function, as well as the improvement of battery reliability and stability requirements, the charging system will be integrated with the electric vehicle energy management system as a whole, integrating transmission transistors, current detection and reverse discharge protection functions, and achieving smaller and more integrated charging solutions without external components. This saves layout space for the rest of the electric vehicle components, greatly reduces the system cost, and can optimize the charging effect and extend the battery life.
